§ 13-27-23 — Penalties invoked on finding of guilty.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
If the judge finds the defendant guilty, he shall invoke the penal provisions of § 13-27-11 upon the defendant.
