§ 13-26-6 — School term provisions not applicable to special schools.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 SCHOOL TERM AND HOLIDAYS
The provisions of §§ 13-26-2 and 13-26-4 shall not apply to adult education schools, summer schools, kindergartens, and nursery schools.
