§ 13-26-12 — Requirements for voters signing petition.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 SCHOOL TERM AND HOLIDAYS
Voters signing a referendum petition under § 13-26-9 shall comply with the same requirements provided for counties under § 7-18A-11 , and the petition shall be verified in the same manner as provided for counties in § 7-18A-12 .
