§ 13-25-11 — Installation of automatic fire alarm equipment--Time requirements.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 FIRE SAFETY IN SCHOOL BUILDINGS
All public school districts shall install state approved fire alarm equipment in all public school attendance centers which shall be connected so that on - site alarms and fire department notification shall automatically be instituted in the event of fire. The alarm systems required in this section shall be installed, inspected, and operative by July 1, 1987.
