§ 13-24-8 — Oil and gas proceeds paid into district general fund.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 SCHOOL GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS

All moneys arising from such leases or the production of oil or gas thereunder shall become a part of the general funds of such school district.
