§ 13-24-7 — Oil and gas leases not to interfere with school purposes.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-24 SCHOOL GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS
All such leases and the occupancy thereunder of the lands leased shall not interfere materially with the purposes for which said lands are used and occupied by the school district.
