§ 13-19-4 — Interest rate on notes.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-17 SCHOOL DISTRICT BONDS AND NOTES

The rate of interest shall be stated on the note authorized by § 13-19-1 and shall be negotiated by the parties.
