§ 13-13-88 — Workforce education fund created.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-12 GENERAL STATE AID TO SCHOOLS
There is hereby created in the state treasury the workforce education fund to provide grants for the purposes of providing secondary career and technical education programs. Any general funds appropriated to the workforce education program shall be transferred into the workforce education fund. Interest earned on money in the fund shall be deposited into the fund.
