Text

For the purposes of § 13-13-10.1 , a student is enrolled if:

(1)The student is less than twenty-one years of age on the first day of July or meets the requirements of § 13-28-5 and 13-28-6 ;
(2)The student has not completed an approved program or graduated from high school;
(3)The student's parent or guardian resides within the school district, or in the case of an emancipated minor the student resides within the district or the student has been properly assigned to the district or has been approved to attend school in the district under the terms of the enrollment options program established in § 13-28-40 ; and (4) The student is not simultaneously enrolled in any other school district and has not been excused from school attendance under the terms of § 13-27-1.1 or 13-27-2
