§ 11-9-16 — Additional contents of project plan.

South Dakota·Title 11 PLANNING, ZONING AND HOUSING PROGRAMS·Ch. 11-8 TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS

The project plan for each district must contain:

(1)A map showing the existing uses and conditions of real property in the district;

(2)A map showing the proposed improvements and uses;

(3)A map showing the proposed changes of zoning ordinances;

(4)A statement listing changes needed in the master plan, map, building codes, and ordinances of the political subdivision;

(5)A list of estimated nonproject costs; and (6) A statement of a proposed method for the relocation of persons to be displaced.
