§ 11-7A-4 — Supplemental nature of powers.
South Dakota·Title 11 PLANNING, ZONING AND HOUSING PROGRAMS·Ch. 11-7A MUNICIPAL POWERS IN AID OF HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT
The powers conferred by §§ 11-7A-2 and 11-7A-3 shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law.
