§ 11-7-76 — Recommendation of redevelopment plan to governing body--Statements to accompany redevelopment plan.

Upon receipt of the recommendations of the planning agency, or if no planning agency exists, without such recommendations the commission may recommend a redevelopment plan to the governing board of the municipality or the county as applicable for approval. The recommendation shall be accompanied by the redevelopment plan, a statement of the method proposed for financing the redevelopment project, and a statement of a feasible method for the temporary relocation of families to be displaced from the redevelopment project area, and of the availability or future provision in the redevelopment project area or in other areas not less desirable in regard to public utilities and public and commercial facilities and at rents or prices within the financial means of the families displaced from the pr
