Text

All property including funds of a commission shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution, and no execution or other judicial process shall issue against the same nor shall any judgment against a commission be a charge or lien upon its property, but, if a commission refuses to pay a judgment entered against it in any court of competent jurisdiction, the circuit court for the county in which the commission is situated may, by writ of mandamus, direct the treasurer of the commission to pay the judgment; provided, however, that the provisions of this section and § 11-7-69 shall not apply to or limit the right of obligees to foreclose or otherwise enforce any mortgage or other security of a commission or the right of obligees to pursue any remedies for the enforcement of any pl
