§ 11-7-6 — "Redevelopment plan" defined--Purposes of plan.

South Dakota·Title 11 PLANNING, ZONING AND HOUSING PROGRAMS·Ch. 11-7 COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, for the purpose of this chapter, "redevelopment plan" means a plan for a redevelopment project area which plan provides an outline for the development or redevelopment of such area and is sufficiently complete:

(1)To indicate its relationship to definite local objectives as to appropriate land uses and as to improved traffic, public transportation, public utilities, recreational and community facilities, and other public improvements; and (2) To indicate proposed land uses and building requirements in the redevelopment project. The proposed land uses and building requirements shall be designed:
(1)To promote the development of well planned, integrated neighborhoods;
(2)To secure safety from fire, panic, and other dangers;
