Text
Upon receipt of a plat, as described in § 11-3-20.2 , by the planning commission of any municipality or county, the planning commission shall require that the person seeking the vacation and replat provide the following information:
(1)The names and addresses of the record owner of the plat or part thereof sought to be vacated and the names and addresses of the record owners of property adjacent to or solely served by any streets, if any, included in the plat to be vacated, (2) The legal description of the same, (3) The names of the legal voters, residing upon the same, (4) The character and use of the same, (5) A description of any public highway located there, (6) Any other facts pertinent to the application, including any facts necessary by municipal or county ordinan
