§ 10-3-20 — Requiring affidavit of name and residence.

South Dakota·Title 10 TAXATION·Ch. 10-2 COUNTY DIRECTORS OF EQUALIZATION
The director of equalization may require any person found within the director's county to make and subscribe an affidavit, giving the person's name and place of residence and post office address.
