After such certified copy has been prepared, the secretary of state shall attach thereto a certificate as follows: STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA Department of State United States of America, State of South Dakota This is to certify that the attached instrument of writing is a true, correct, and examined copy of __________________ and the whole thereof, and has been carefully compared with the original now on file in this office and found correct.
