§ 1-56-11 — State employees reporting requirement--Suspicion of improper governmental conduct or crime.
A state employee who has reasonable cause to suspect that improper governmental conduct or a crime, as defined in § 3-6C-27 , has occurred shall report the matter pursuant to the requirements set forth in chapter 3-6C .
