§ 1-54-1 — Department created--Secretary as head.

South Dakota·Title 1 STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1-52 DEPARTMENT OF TRIBAL RELATIONS

There is hereby created a Department of Tribal Relations. The head of the Department of Tribal Relations is the secretary of tribal relations who shall be appointed and serve pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, Article IV, § 9.
