§ 1-53-9 — South Dakota Housing Development Authority transferred.
South Dakota·Title 1 STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1-52 GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The South Dakota Housing Development Authority created by chapter 11-11 , and its functions in the former Department of Tourism and State Development is transferred to the Governor's Office of Economic Development. The commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Tourism and State Development, relating to the South Dakota Housing Development Authority.
