§ 1-53-32 — United States held free from liability.

South Dakota·Title 1 STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1-52 GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The United States and the secretary of agriculture thereof, shall be held free from liability by virtue of the transfer of the assets to the commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development pursuant to §§ 1-53-23 to 1-53-37 , inclusive.
