Text

The commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized and empowered to accept title to any property purchased or acquired pursuant to § 1-53-27 ; to operate or lease such property for such period as may be deemed necessary to protect the investment therein; and to sell or otherwise dispose of such property in a manner consistent with the provisions of §§ 1-53-23 to 1-53-37 , inclusive.
