Text

The Economic Development Finance Authority created by Chapter 1-16B and its functions in the Department of Tourism and State Development are transferred to the Governor's Office of Economic Development. The commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development shall perform the functions of the former secretary of tourism and state development relating to the activities of the Economic Development Finance Authority.
