The Department of Tourism and State Development is abolished. The position of secretary of tourism and state development is abolished. The following functions of the former Department of Tourism and State Development are transferred to the Department of Tourism:
(1)Office of Tourism;
(2)Board of Tourism;
(3)State Arts Council; and such other tourism related functions as the Governor shall direct. The secretary of the Department of Tourism shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Tourism and State Development related to tourism.
