Text

The Board of Tourism consists of eleven members appointed by the Governor. Not all members may be from the same political party and the members shall be representative of the tourism industry in all geographic areas of the state. The term of each member is four years. A member appointed to fill a vacancy occurring other than by expiration of a term is appointed for the unexpired term.
