§ 1-44-26 — Railroad Board--Qualifications of members.
At least one member, in the opinion of the Governor, shall be a person experienced in or having a favorable reputation for skill, knowledge, and experience in business management. At least one member, in the opinion of the Governor, shall be a person experienced in or having a favorable reputation for skill, knowledge, and experience in the operation of railroad service. At least one member, in the opinion of the Governor, shall be a person experienced in or having a favorable reputation for skill, knowledge, and experience in private or public finance.
