Each person hired by the Department of Social Services to serve as a social service aide, family services specialist, family services specialist supervisor, and regional manager in the Division of Child Protection Services or by the Department of Human Services as a home health aide, long term services and supports specialist, long term services and supports supervisor, and regional manager in the Division of Long Term Services and Supports shall submit to a criminal background investigation, by means of fingerprint checks by the Division of Criminal Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
