Text

All statutory and other functions, administrative responsibilities, and rule - making authority, including quasi - legislative, quasi - judicial, advisory, and special budgetary functions, of the former Office of Energy Policy shall be transferred to the Governor's Office of Economic Development. All of the functions, programs, personnel, and property of the former Governor's Office of Energy Policy are transferred to the Governor's Office of Economic Development.
