Text

Moneys appropriated to state boards, commissions, agencies, and other instrumentalities for the purchase of equipment may be paid to the Bureau of Information and Telecommunication and expended by the bureau to acquire the equipment by purchase or by lease. Moneys so paid in any year but not required to be expended for lease purchase payments shall be deposited in a fund administered by the Bureau of Information and Telecommunication which shall be available for renewal and replacement of existing equipment. Any money in the fund is continuously appropriated for the purposes of §§ and 1-33-48 .
