Text
Any state building constructed, remodeled or renovated after December 31, 1989, shall include works of art for public display. Sections 1-22-9 to 1-22-17 , inclusive, do not apply to projects less than one hundred thousand dollars or to projects where the primary purpose is to remove asbestos, PCBs or other hazardous materials.
