The Commissioner of School and Public Lands shall transfer to the Ellsworth Development Authority all or any portion of the following real estate and any related personal property and improvements located on the property: Certain property described generally as Tract B in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 1 North, Range 8 East of the Black Hills Meridian, City of Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota.
