§ 1-16A-31 — Loans to participating institutions--Maximum amount.
South Dakota·Title 1 STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1-16 HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY
The authority shall have the power, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary for the performance thereof, to make loans to or for the benefit of any participating health institution or participating educational institution, as the case may be, for the cost of the facilities in accordance with an agreement between the authority and such participating health institution or participating educational institution, as the case may be. No such loan may exceed the total cost of such facilities as determined by such participating health institution or participating educational institution, as the case may be, and approved by the authority.
