§ 1-16A-20 — Location, construction, operation and maintenance of facilities--Designation of agent.

The authority shall have the power, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary for the performance thereof, to determine the location and construction of any facility to be financed under the provisions of this chapter and to construct, reconstruct, renovate, replace, maintain, repair, operate, lease and regulate the same, to designate a participating health institution or a participating educational institution, as the case may be, as its agent to determine the location and construction of a facility undertaken by such participating health institution or a participating educational institution, as the case may be, under the provisions of this chapter and, as agent of the authority, to construct, reconstruct, renovate, replace, maintain, repair, operate, lease and regulate th
