§ 58-9-1820 — Liability for messages in cipher.
South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 9 TELEPHONE, TELEGRAPH AND EXPRESS COMPANIES
In all cases the liability of the companies for messages in cipher, in whole or in part, shall be the same as though they were not in cipher.
