§ 40-85-80 — Investigation of complaints and violations.
The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation shall investigate complaints and violations of this chapter as provided in Chapter 1. The board may designate individuals to serve as advisors to provide professional expertise to inspectors or investigators.
