Text
(A)Each license issued by the institute must contain at least the following provisions:
(1)the duration of the license;
(2)the boundaries of the area in which the work will be undertaken;
(3)a description of the scope of work to be undertaken by the licensee and, if a data recovery license, a description of the artifactual and/or paleontological materials expected to be recovered;
(4)a listing of the key personnel including the field archaeologist who will be conducting the work; and (5) a description of the expected types of activity which must be undertaken by the licensee in order to restore the submerged lands following completion of the intensive survey or investigation.
(B)A license issued by the institute may contain provisions requiring monitoring of the license activity by a
