The clerks of the two houses of the General Assembly are to make available to the public all acts after their approval by the Governor, not later than two weeks after the approval date. A copy of these acts must be mailed to the house of those members of the General Assembly who request these services. After Sine Die adjournment each year, the clerks of the two houses of the General Assembly are directed to mail a copy of all acts not placed on the members' desks during the session to the home address of each member of the General Assembly who requests these services.
