(A)The board must grant a reciprocal credential to an appraiser credentialed in another jurisdiction if:
(1)the appraiser holds a valid credential to value real property that is in good standing in at least one other jurisdiction; and (2) the requirements to obtain a credential to value real property in the jurisdiction in which the appraiser is credentialed have been found by the appraisal subcommittee to conform to the qualification criteria of the Appraiser Qualifications Board.
(B)A nonresident applicant shall file an irrevocable consent that suits and actions may be commenced against the applicant in the proper court in a judicial circuit of the State in which a cause of action may arise or in which the plaintiff may reside by the service of process or pleading, authorized by the l
