§ 44-6-1155 — Submission of documents to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The department shall submit to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services any and all Medicaid state plan amendments, waiver requests, preprints, and other documents required to implement or continue the implementation of this article no later than six months after enactment of this article.
