§ 40-57-790 — Civil actions.
South Carolina·Title 40 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 57 REAL ESTATE BROKERS, BROKERS-IN-CHARGE, ASSOCIATES, AND PROPERTY MANAGERS
A civil action may be brought for violations of this chapter as provided for violations of Article 1, Chapter 1, in accordance with Section 40-1-210.
