§ 40-57-780 — Failure to renew or register license; penalties.

South Carolina·Title 40 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 57 REAL ESTATE BROKERS, BROKERS-IN-CHARGE, ASSOCIATES, AND PROPERTY MANAGERS
A real estate broker, associate, or property manager who fails to renew or register a license and continues to engage in the business permitted pursuant to the license is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
