§ 58-5-260 — Notice by publication of filing of new or changed schedule.
South Carolina·Title 58 PUBLIC UTILITIES, SERVICES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 5 GAS, HEAT, WATER, SEWERAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL, AND STREET RAILWAY COMPANIES
Within ten days after the filing of any new or changed schedule by a public utility the Commission shall give general notice thereof by publication.
