South Carolina Statutes
§ 43-5-450 — Amount of grants.
In granting aid for dependent children the amount granted shall not exceed thirty dollars per month for one child in any home, nor twenty-one dollars per month for each additional child in the same home, and shall not exceed thirty dollars per month for a needy relative with whom any dependent child is living. Provided, the state agency shall with respect to any month disregard:
(1)all of the earned income of each dependent child receiving aid to families with dependent children who is a full-time student to part-time student who is not a full-time employee attending a school, college, or university, or a course of vocational or technical training designed to fit him for gainful employment; and (2) in the case of earned income of a dependent child not included under item (1), a relative r
