§ 39-5-880 — Cease and desist orders.
Upon satisfactory evidence that a provider has violated or failed to comply with a provision of this article or regulation promulgated pursuant to the authority of this article, the department may issue an order requiring the provider to cease and desist from engaging in the violation, requiring the provider to pay an administrative penalty or issue a refund to the consumer, denying, revoking, or suspending the provider's registration, or a combination thereof.
