The business and affairs of the corporation must be managed and conducted by a board of directors, a president and treasurer and those other officers and agents as the corporation by its bylaws shall authorize.

HISTORY: 1962 Code SECTION 12-1161; 1958 (50) 1886; 2015 Act No. 60 (S.389), SECTION 1, eff June 4, 2015. Effect of Amendment 2015 Act No. 60, SECTION 1, substituted "must be managed" for "shall be managed" and "those other officers and agents" for "such other officers and such agents".
