§ 27-35-90 — Time for payment of rents.
South Carolina·Title 27 PROPERTY AND CONVEYANCES·Ch. 35 CREATION, CONSTRUCTION, AND TERMINATION OF LEASEHOLD ESTATES
Unless otherwise agreed upon rents shall be payable monthly and at the end of each calendar month, excepting rents for farm lands.
