The right, title and interest of this State to, and the jurisdiction of this State over, the following described lot or parcel of land has been granted and ceded to the United States for the erection of a public building, to wit: That lot of land in the city of Sumter, Sumter County, situate on the southeastern corner of Main and Caldwell Streets, of said city, fronting and measuring on Main Street one hundred and fifteen (115) feet and on Caldwell Street one hundred and thirty (130) feet and bounded on the north by Caldwell Street; on the east by land formerly of C.

G.Rowland and others; on the south by land formerly of C.
