§ 59-25-270 — Revocation or suspension of certificate; reinstatements.

If either the State Board of Education, the court of common pleas, the court of appeals, or the Supreme Court of South Carolina reverses the order of revocation or suspension, the person whose certificate had been either revoked or suspended by the state board shall be fully reinstated and shall receive all salary lost as a result of such revocation or suspension of his certificate; provided, however, that where the State Board of Education, within the time prescribed by law, appeals from an order of the court of common pleas reversing an order of revocation or suspension rendered by the State Board of Education, the person whose certificate had either been revoked or suspended by the state board shall not be entitled to be reinstated and to receive all salary lost as a result of his certi
