South Carolina Statutes
§ 46-25-410 — Information required on containers or with bulk shipments.
All commercial fertilizer distributed in this State in containers shall have placed on or affixed to the container a label setting forth in clearly legible and conspicuous form (a) the net weight;
(b)the brand and grade;
(c)the guaranteed analysis;
(d)the name and address of the registrant. When distributed in bulk, a written or printed statement of the information required by items (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the first paragraph of this section shall accompany delivery and be supplied to the purchaser.
