§ 44-20-510 — Attendance of client in community based public school classes.
South Carolina·Title 44 HEALTH·Ch. 20 SOUTH CAROLINA INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY, RELATED DISABILITIES, HEAD INJURIES, AND SPINAL CORD INJURIES ACT
Placement of a person with intellectual disability, a related disability, head injury, or spinal cord injury in a program of the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities does not preclude his attendance in community-based public school classes when the individual qualifies for the classes.
